USA.gov
USAGov is the Official Guide to Government Information and Services. It also includes links to all other government websites.
GovInfo
A service of the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO), GovInfo provides free public access to official publications from all three branches of the Federal Government.
United States Government Manual
The "official handbook" of the Federal Government containing leadership tables and descriptions of agency activities and programs of the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of Government, as well as activities and programs of quasi-official agencies and international organizations in which the United States participates as a member.
National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)
NARA is the nation's record keeper and preserves documents and materials from the U.S. government that may be important for legal or historical reasons.
Official US Executive Branch Websites (Library of Congress)
Links to the websites for all U.S. executive agencies, departments, board, commissions, and committees
Congress.gov
The official website for U.S. legislative information.
WhiteHouse.gov
Official website for the White House including information about the Executive Office of the President.
Supreme Court of the United States

The American Presidency Project
Non-profit and non-partisan archive of presidential records and other data (hosted by the University of California, Santa Barbara).
