Library Resources for CSM Employees: Home

Welcome to "Library Resources for CSM Employees" Library Guide (LibGuide)

The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) Library has over 50 thousand physical items and over 80 online databases containing millions of journal, magazine and newspaper articles, books, encyclopedias, and photographs. These resources support the information needs of students, staff and faculty.

The Library's educational role develops and supports information literate learners who can discover, access, and use information effectively for academic success, research, and lifelong learning. This guide showcases a few of the Library's information resources.

Library Success

The CSM Library supports student information literacy by increasing faculty and staff awareness of and satisfaction with Library resources and services.

What is a LibGuide?

LibGuides is a content management system Librarians use to create and share information about Library resources! At CSM we create LibGuides for specific classes, assignments, individual faculty members, groups, and general research topics.

Popular guides include Library Orientation, Psychology 1010, Empirical Research Article, and MLA Quick Citation Guide.
