Peterson's Testing & Education Reference Center

The CSM Library does not carry printed study guides. Departmental exam study guides and placement testing resources are available at Student Success Services, first floor Learning Resource Center.

The Library does provide an online resource from an award winning publisher that is free to all CSM students, staff and faculty:

Study for popular standardized college tests on campus or on your home computer through the Library's GALE Databases. Take online practice tests and use test prep ebooks to achieve you education goals. Practice tests include the ACT, CLEP, DSST, PSAT, and SAT.

Also included:

  • High School test prep tools for AP, GED®, and SSAT.
  • Career test prep tools for Cosmetology, Firefighter Exam, Law Enforcement Exams, Medical/Nursing Exams, Military Exams (ASVAB and AFOOT), and PRAXIS® for teaching.
  • Graduate School test prep for GMAT, GRE, LSATMCAT, and MAT.

Need help finding scholarships? Looking for a college or graduate school? Search thousands of college and graduate school entries, and find scholarships that meet their financial needs.

Click on GALE Databases (on campus) and choose Testing & Education Reference Center. You will need to complete a one-time free registration so you will be able to track tests and results. From off campus sign on to my.CSMD and click on Infotrac under Library Access.
